Stuffed Dates offer a delightful blend of natural sweetness and creamy texture, making them a perfect healthy snack or a decadent dessert.   • 24 Medjool dates, pitted (16 oz or 450g)
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice) (4 oz or 112g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or dark chocolate chips


  1. Carefully slit each date on one side to create an opening. Make sure not to cut all the way through.
  2. Fill each date with about a teaspoon of almond butter, or enough to stuff it generously without overflowing.
  3. Sprinkle a tiny pinch of sea salt on each stuffed date.
  4. If desired, top each date with your choice of chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or a few dark chocolate chips for extra flavor and texture.
  5. Arrange the stuffed dates on a platter and serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator before serving for a firmer texture.
