  • 1 avocado, diced
  • For the Lemon Vinaigrette:
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional garnishes: sliced almonds, cherry tomatoes

Instructions
