  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and beef broth. Set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the beef and cook until it is nearly cooked through.
