Ingredients
- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying
- For the sauce:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides, about 4 minutes per side.
- For the sauce, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Serve the patties hot with the lemon-dill sauce on the side.
