Ingredients

  • 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying
  • For the sauce:
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides, about 4 minutes per side.
  4. For the sauce, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  5. Serve the patties hot with the lemon-dill sauce on the side.
