Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean beef, cut into chunks
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Tzatziki Sauce:
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated and excess water squeezed out
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated beef onto skewers.
  3. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
