Ingredients

  • 4 large apples, such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup mixed nuts, chopped (walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup apple juice or water
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted (optional)

Instructions
